92. SAM THIARA:

Sam has mentored hundreds and engaged with thousands of students over the last many years and as a result, is Co-Founder and Chief Motivating Officer of GradusOne, an organization to help high school/post-secondary and recent graduates in their life and career. Added to this, Sam is an accomplished speaker and storyteller. As a result, he helped create and speaks for SoapBox Speakers. 93. ILYA GOLDMAN:

Ilya Goldman, has been in the internet marketing industry since 1996. He started his own web design and online marketing company, Internet-Exposure, in 2001 with a goal of bringing more businesses into the world wide web. He has worked on over a thousand web projects. His clients include huge organizations such as UBC Press, McGill Press, and the BC Liberal Party, as well as very small companies with self employed individuals. 94. DAVE BARTON:

Copywriter and content marketer, Dave Barton, has been writing professionally for the past 12 years. He cut his teeth in B2B PR and has since worked his way across marketing, communications, advertising, and social media. 95. ANGELA HAMILTON:

Angela Hamilton is the VP of Business for Quupe, a peer-to-peer rental startup based in Vancouver, B.C., where she met her three international co-founders in the MDM program at the Centre for Digital Media. Prior to moving to Canada, she lived in Cape Town, South Africa for a short time, and before that, worked as a digital news editor for The McClatchy Company. 96. BERT TERHART:

Bert TerHart is the CEO of NextGenSeo and is a search, social media and online marketing expert. He’s a soldier turned sailor, adventurer and geek. While helping build and managing a large medical clinic, Bert became increasingly frustrated with technology and how best to use it. Realizing it’s better to master technology than become a slave to it, he built one of the first computerized patient diagnostic and treatment tools. 98. CAROL SIMPSON:

Carol Simpson has worked in the IT field for over 30 years, managing departments with 60+ IT professionals and project budgets of $50M. Her career began in Vancouver as a programmer at IBM Canada and moved on to operate her own software development shop. 99. ADAM STEEL:

At age 22, with no previous business experience, Adam left his day job to chase the dream of business ownership. He started out by peddling Gmail address’ by the bundle. Today, he leads a team of 30+, remote team members, runs 2 successful companies (is currently building 3, 4 & 5) and hosts The Steele Entrepreneur Show. 104. ANDY TSAI:

Andy Tsai is the president and cofounder of Reflex Wireless. Andy received his degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of British Columbia in 2010, and cofounded ReFleX in 2011 to provide IoT devices and data analytic platforms for healthcare and industrial applications. With his leadership, ReFleX is currently offering wireless solutions for geriatric care, remote sleep monitoring and chronic illness management. 106. KEITH ROY:

Keith Roy has been selling real estate in Vancouver for over 10 years. Born in Vancouver and raised around BC, he graduated from high school at Vancouver College, holds a BA in political science from the University of Guelph and a post graduate diploma in Sales and Marketing from the Sauder School of Business at UBC. Keith has been featured in every major Canadian media outlet giving commentary on matters relating to the local and national real estate markets, trends in real estate sales, the City of Vancouver’s building code, house building and new construction. Dr. Bijan Nasiri is a retired physician from Iran, an entrepreneur with over 2 decades of experience in project management and business consultation related to homelessness, addiction and HIV/AIDS. 108. TERRY SIDHU:
