Posted on December 26th 2016
(Vancouver, Canada)—The Vancouverentrepreneur.ca Podcast has taken the international podcast industry by storm with launching a show that is letting the world know about the vibrant and progressive entrepreneurial community currently going on in Vancouver, British Columbia. Releasing it’s seventeen show, the podcast is hosted by veteran online marketing manager Robert Szmigiel and already has received well over 1,200 downloads from listeners throughout Canada, USA, Costa Rica, India, Egypt, Japan, Malta, Israel and the Philippines.
“We are very excited to see the overwhelming positive reaction and response from an unexpected international audience. The podcast was launched with the intention of reaching and creating an audience in Canada, but now we are seeing a huge interest in Vancouver entrepreneurs from listeners all over the world,” said enthused owner Robert Szmigiel. The podcast show is hosted on iTunes and PodBean and is free to download onto any device or they can listen to the episodes right on the website.
The podcast has been in development for a couple months, starting off as just a “community builder” for local businesses and entrepreneurs who are seeking to find out what’s going with others in all areas of British Columbia. The format of the interview dives into the business details of each entrepreneur, but then tactically directs the questions to investigate the “mindset” of the entrepreneur. Robert selects and interviews each guest and keeps to a simple format so listeners can see the difference in answers from entrepreneurs and ultimately see how they became successful and more importantly how they think.
Guests on the show have included such successful entrepreneurs as: Iman Aghay from Success Road Academy, Cheryl Cran from Evolutionary Business Solutions, Geoff Hamilton from ManCakes Bakery on Robson St., Barry Hartman from 505Junk.com, Rod Janz from Fuel Radio, Anthony C. Taylor from SME Strategies and Andrew Shepherd from the Vancouver Island Salt Company. Each entrepreneur has experienced with delight all the interesting and innovative questions that Robert delivers to really dig deep into the mindset of each entrepreneur.
“As we are off to an amazing early start, we are having a great response from the Vancouver community and are getting lots of downloads, including followers on social media and an overall positive online involvement. We will keep the online traffic and momentum going as we build up. I remember Mark Huber from Success of the Fly commented in his early interview that he felt we are going to knock this one out of the park, and it looks like he was right!”
Vancouverentrepreneur.ca podcast will be interviewing more guests on the show in the coming weeks and looking forward to producing excellent business content that is in demand both on a local and national level. The key is to capitalize on the buzz it has created internationally and to continue getting the word out about Vancouver entrepreneurs.
The purpose of the Vancouverentrepreneur.ca podcast is to interview local entrepreneurs in the British Columbia business community and to provide their inspiration, ideas and information. Vancouver has thousand of them. We search and find out why there are so many entrepreneurs in Vancouver and what got them started, how they carry on in their daily lives and why they do what they do, where they live. Whether you live in British Columbia or just want to know what’s going on from afar, there is so much business going on in this city, these entrepreneurs are sure to have something for everyone.
